I was so pleasantly surprised by how awesome this restaurant was! The space has been renovated and feels modern, yet historic. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And the food?? Well... the tuna melt was absolutely delicious!! The crunchy, buttery bread was perfection. The bartender, I believe her name is Michelle, makes a mean cocktail! My only complaint is that it's not closer to my home!

Food is great, ambiance / atmosphere is good . Great service as well. Sit out by the patio and enjoy the river and the nice quiet . Great place for a date .

My husband and I tried this River's Edge on Sunday around 1:00pm. It was busy but a friend had referred us, they said it was worth the wait. Let my say it was! The inside is a rustic style very nice. Great looking bar area. We were seated outside facing the river, it was beautiful and relaxing. I didn't mind a little wait, my husband and I just sat back and just soaked in the view. Our server Gabriella, was amazing! Even though it was busy she was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us in the perfect amount of time. She didn't hover and she didn't disappear. The food was great it's the typical American food but it's done very well. My Husband had the Wildfire burger, I had the fish and chips. Super yummy Husband loved his also. Btw I never like eating outside at a restaurant, I loved eating outside here. Side point, I noticed there were not many flies around. There were a few, not many. No flys we're circling our food. We didn't have to wave are hand around during our meal. I was trying to figure out why and I noticed they have a good size citronella bush. A citronella plant is known for being a fly, mosquito, and tick repellent. Great idea to have that outside next to some tables. I will definitely be coming back.
